The 13 Players Due a Stats Upgrade in FIFA 17

Every year, EA systematically goes through and puts defined values on the abilities of each player in the game. Whilst the majority of player ratings are near enough correct, theres always going to be some players that break their virtual shackles and explode onto the world stage in spite of their lowly FIFA rating. So, here are 13 players FIFA didnt see coming, and will surely get a major stat boost in FIFA 17.

Gianluigi Donnarumma, like many young keepers, hes an excellent shot stopper, but Donnarumma is a commanding presence around his box. Eric Dier, he has impressed since his move to Tottenham Hotspur, and surely after this season hes worthy of a higher rating than 74 overall. Hector Bellerin, he has been a bit of a revelation this season for Arsenal - although we knew he was lightning fast and he clearly had potential, few expected him to settle into the first team so quickly.

Joshua Kimmich was a personal request on behalf of Pep Guardiola at Bayern Munich, apparently, and the young midfielder has started to show his class for the Bundesliga champions. Ruben Loftus-Cheek, hes an imposing presence in the middle of the pitch - big and strong but with deceptively good touch. Only a few stars have shined brighter in the Premier League this season, and his 63 overall rating is due a considerable boost.

Dele Alli, Allis game is hugely reminiscent of a young Steven Gerrard - hes strong in the tackle, and seems to be everywhere on the pitch at once, all whilst spraying passes between his team-mates and popping up to score crucial goals. His 67 overall rating in FIFA 16 is just flat out wrong, and hes due a massive upgrade in FIFA 17. Julian Weigl, the young German was a hot prospect last year, when 1860 Munich made him the youngest captain in the clubs history. Leroy Sane, after breaking into the first team last season, he has been at his explosive best in 2015/16, terrorising defences and smashing in goals with his magical left foot.

Riyad Mahrez, he has been the star of the Premier League this season, scoring crucial goals in key games for The Foxes, and giving defenders nightmares with his silky dribbling. Federico Bernardeschi might be the man to bring trophies back to Florence. After some injury struggles, Bernardeschis game has come on leaps and bounds this season for La Viola. Marcus Rashford was a knight in shining armour for Manchester United, whove endured another season to forget under Louis Van Gaal.
